Electronic Arts hires Microsoft CEO as new CFO

Video game publisher Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) has appointed Microsoft chief executive Chris Suh as chief financial officer. He replaces Blake Jorgensen. News Reuters. Since 2018, Suh has been the Corporate Vice President of Microsoft and Chief Financial Officer of Cloud Plus AI Group. Five years before that, he was the General Manager of the software giant. Jorgensen, who has been the company's Chief Financial Officer for more than a decade, is stepping down, EA announced last year. The company's insider, Laura Miele, has taken over as Chief Operating Officer, which was another responsibility of Jorgensen. Suh will take charge from March 1. He will be accountable to the Chairman and CEO.
